    Method of Administration

    Capsule: Take 1 to 3 capsules twice a day.

    Cream: Apply 3 times a day.

    *For best results, it is recommended that this product be taken simultaneously with Willow Oestroflush and Advanced Vitamin E capsules

    Or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

    Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner.
