Educational Disclaimer

What “educational” means

The information on Bhealthy’s site — our own notes, product descriptions, Wellness Chronicles articles, and any general context we share — is educational.

Educational means: written to help you understand what you’re considering, in plain language. Not written to diagnose your condition, prescribe your treatment, or replace the advice of a qualified practitioner.

What our content is

The information we share draws from three sources, each clearly labelled:

  1. Bhealthy’s own notes — general context we’ve compiled from publicly available sources, written in plain language.
  2. Supplier documentation — what suppliers have documented about their products, reproduced verbatim and attributed to them.
  3. Traditional and research context — what traditional sources have documented, and what current research discusses.

What our content isn’t

  • Medical advice or diagnosis
  • A prescription or treatment plan
  • Personalised guidance for your health situation
  • A substitute for consulting a qualified practitioner
  • Guaranteed to be complete or exhaustive

Information changes

Health and wellness knowledge evolves. Traditional understanding, current research, and supplier documentation all update over time. We do our best to keep our content current, but:

  • We can’t guarantee every page reflects the latest information
  • If accuracy matters for a specific decision, verify with a practitioner or check the supplier’s own current documentation
  • If you find something outdated, please let us know

Your responsibility

Reading our content doesn’t replace:

  • Reading product labels and supplier documentation before use
  • Consulting a qualified practitioner for personal decisions
  • Following advice from your prescribing doctor
  • Using your own judgment about what’s appropriate for you

When to consult a practitioner

For any decision that needs your medical history, your current medications, your specific health situation, or ongoing management of a condition — consult a qualified medical practitioner or reach out to our practitioner partner. See our Practitioner Guidance page.
