Complementary Medicines Notice

Some products Bhealthy stocks are complementary medicines. In line with South African law — the General Regulations to the Medicines and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965, under the complementary-medicines framework introduced by Government Notice R870 of 15 November 2013 and its labelling requirements — these products carry the following notice:

This unregistered medicine has not been evaluated by the SAHPRA for its quality, safety or intended use. This medicine is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Bhealthy shares information about the products it stocks — including what suppliers state and what traditionally documented sources record — so you can make an informed decision. Bhealthy does not diagnose, recommend, or tell you what to use. Speak to a qualified healthcare practitioner before use — especially for a child or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding — and for any persistent, worsening or serious condition.
