Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Bhealthy website and store. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything is unclear, ask us.

Who we are

Bhealthy CC (registration 2008/187982/23), a close corporation registered in South Africa.

  • Address: New Kentucky, Meyerton, 1961

  • Website: www.bhealthy.co.za

Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We update these terms when the law or our business changes; the "last updated" date at the bottom tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Information, not advice

Bhealthy shares information — supplier-provided information, traditionally documented context, and what current research discusses — to help you understand products before you decide. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on this site should be used in place of guidance from a qualified healthcare practitioner. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

If you have a health condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak with a qualified practitioner before using any new product. For decisions that need a personal lens, our Practitioner Guidance page explains how to find qualified help.

Orders and payment

Product listings on this site are an invitation to do business, not an offer. Your order becomes a binding agreement when we accept it and payment is confirmed.

  • Payment can be made by card, instant EFT, or direct bank transfer, processed securely by our payment providers.
  • Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
  • If a pricing or listing error slips through, we'll contact you before processing — you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Promotions can't be combined with other discounts unless we say otherwise, and may change or end without notice; properly placed paid orders are always honoured.

Delivery

We deliver door-to-door by courier throughout South Africa, with email notification when your order is dispatched. Some outlying areas are serviced less frequently. For international orders, email accounts@bhealthy.co.za for a shipping quote. Delivery timeframes are estimates; delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (courier disruption, power or network failures, strikes, natural events) can happen, and we'll keep you informed when they do.

Full detail: our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

These are governed by our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Your account and acceptable use

Keep your account details safe — you're responsible for activity under your login. Don't use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, deliver malicious code, or scrape its content with automated tools (search engines excepted). We may remove products or content from the site at our discretion.

Our content

The text, images, design and code on this site belong to Bhealthy or are used with permission. You're welcome to link to our pages. Don't copy, frame or republish site content without our written permission — ask us at accounts@bhealthy.co.za.

Liability

We work carefully, but we can't promise the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and we make no representations about the completeness of information on the site — that's why we attribute our sources and tell you where information comes from. To the extent the law allows, Bhealthy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits liability that South African law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

You indemnify Bhealthy against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site.

Your information

How we handle personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Communications

Emails you send us are treated as received when we acknowledge or respond to them. We may monitor communications to this site where the law permits, to keep the service secure. Messages you send us aren't treated as confidential unless we agree otherwise.

Disputes

South African law applies to these terms. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues can be sorted out directly. Failing that, disputes fall to the South African courts. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
