Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return window

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return of an unwanted item. Faulty or damaged items are covered by the Consumer Protection Act, which gives you rights that extend beyond this 7-day window.

What can be returned

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

What can't be returned

Some items can't be returned unless they're faulty or damaged:

  • Opened products
  • Aromatherapy oils and essential oils
  • Other hygiene-sensitive items

If a product in these categories arrives damaged or faulty, we'll still help — see Damaged or faulty items below.

How to start a return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number in the subject line, and briefly tell us why you're returning the item. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — we can't accept returns that haven't been confirmed in advance.

Return address

Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and any instructions specific to your item.

Return shipping

  • Change of mind: you cover the return shipping.
  • Faulty or damaged items: we cover the return shipping. We'll arrange collection or send a return label.

Damaged or faulty items

Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • A photo of the product in the state you received it
  • Your order number in the email subject

We'll then arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange — your choice — and cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you can choose:

  • Refund to your original payment method (usually processed within 10 working days)
  • Store credit
  • Exchange for another item

Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to reflect the refund on your account. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen it, contact us at orders@bhealthy.co.za.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap for a different item is to return your current one following the process above, and place a new order for the item you want. This avoids delays while we process the return.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. If you receive goods that are defective, unsafe, or don't match how they were described, you have statutory rights that extend beyond our 7-day return window.
