How it's used

Apply to soft skin areas twice a day for 1st month.

Thereafter once a day from Mon-Fri if menopausal

From day 12-26 of menstrual cycle if still menstruating.

Or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner.
