Thyme is noted for its antiviral and antiseptic properties. It is a wonderful oil to use in a room diffuser to ward off colds and flu. Used to massge blends to relieve fatigued muscles. Safety Information: Possible sensitising in some individuals.
DOSAGE:
Can be mixed with carrier oils and lotions, or be vaporised in aromatherapy burners.

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed recommended dosages unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner.
