Add your drops to a little cold water, tea or juice — or hot water if you'd rather evaporate the alcohol — and take before meals.
Adults: usually 20 drops (about half a tsp), 3 times a day. For acute needs you can take it every 2 hours.

In Southern African and Western herbal traditions, the secondary tuberous root of Harpagophytum procumbens is traditionally used to support minor joint and muscular comfort and digestive wellbeing.
Do not use with an active gastric or duodenal ulcer, or if you are allergic to devil's claw.

In European herbal tradition, the flowering aerial parts of Filipendula ulmaria are traditionally used to support minor joint comfort and general wellbeing during short-lived seasonal discomfort.
Do not use if you are allergic to meadowsweet or sensitive to salicylates.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the bottle tightly closed. A little natural sediment or taste variation is normal for whole-plant tinctures; give it a gentle shake before use.
