Take 3-6 Capsules a day with glass of Water
Adults over 18 years of age: Take 4 tablets daily with a glass of water. If required, this can be increased to 4 tablets twice daily
Use for minimum of 1month to see beneficial effects.

Do not use together with warfarin or other anticoagulant therapy
Warnings
Consult with your health care practitioner, prior to use if you:
- Are taking prescription medication for blood thinning medication (eg Anticoagulants like Warfarin)
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have untreated Diabetes
- Are intolerant to glucose
- Have asthma
- Are fighting prostate cancer
- take Etoposide, teniposide or doxorubicin
- Have shellfish allergy
