As a food supplement,

• Add 40 g (approximately 1 rounded scoop*) to 250-300 ml cold water, almond milk or fat-free milk in a shaker.
• Shake well until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved. 
• Blending can significantly enhance mouth feel; if you want your shake to be even smoother and creamier, combine ingredients using a blender.
• If your shake is too thick, simply add more liquid. Using almond or dairy milk instead of water achieves a creamier and tastier end result. 

*Note: As powder densities can vary naturally from batch to batch and even scoop to scoop, a scoop is provided merely as a guide to serving size. Those wanting 100 % accuracy in serving weight should use a digital scale, as a scoop is a volumetric measure that is never a 100 % accurate measure of powder weight.
