• Cayenne
• Gentian
• Sutherlandia

The recommended amount of drops, in 30 to 50 ml cold (or hot to evaporate alcohol) tea, water or juice, before meals:

Normally 3 times per day,

Otherwise acute can be, 2 HRLY

20 drops equivalent to 1/2 tsp:

• Adults and children over 12 years -20 Drops
• Children 6 to 12 years – 15 drops
• Children 3 to 6 years - 10 Drops
• Children 1 to 3 years - 8 Drops
• Children 3 months to 1 year – 2-3 Drops
