    Our Herbal Remedy for Acid Discomfort harnesses the soothing power of Meadowsweet, Slippery Elm, Licorice, Fennel, and Peppermint. This gentle, natural formula works to neutralize excess acid, relieve digestive discomfort, and support overall gut health.

    Ingredients:

    • Meadowsweet
    • Slippery Elm
    • Marshmallow
    • Marshmallow as substitute for Slippery Elm
    • Licorice as substitute for Marshmallow
    • Fennel = if wind, belching
    • Peppermint= with cramps

    Method of Administration

    • Recommend consulting your general health practitioner before giving your child medication.

    The recommended amount of drops, in 30 to 50 ml cold (or hot to evaporate alcohol) tea, water or juice, before meals:

    Normally 3 times per day,

    Otherwise acute can be, 2 HRLY

    20 drops equivalent to 1/2 tsp:

    • Adults and children over 12 years -20 Drops
    • Children 6 to 12 years – 15 drops
    • Children 3 to 6 years - 10 Drops
    • Children 1 to 3 years - 8 Drops
    • Children 3 months to 1 year – 2-3 Drops

    Contraindications

    Avoid if you have hypersensitivity to any ingredients.

    Licorice should be used cautiously with individuals who have high blood pressure.

    • Consult healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or have underlying medical conditions.
    • Avoid if allergic to any of the ingredients.
    • Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.

    Prolonged use of Licorice can result in potassium loss and high blood pressure.
