Vegan Friendly

Tablets:

• Adults 60-80kg: take 5 tablets at bedtime
• Children 20- 40Kg: Take 3-5 Tablets
• 8months to 1year: Take 1-3 tablets
• Do not take within 2hours of other medications that may be nullified

Powder:

• 1 x5ml flat teaspoon at bedtime

• Mixed with 50ml milk or water
• Do not mix with other Medications
• An Extra dose can be taken in the morning to improve calcium metabolism and to help to detoxify and alkalize
