Certified organic and imported from Indonesia, our coconut blossom sugar looks and tastes just like conventional sugar, but is completely natural and unrefined. It’s harvested from the blossoms of coconut palms and then dried to form a sugar rich in key vitamins and minerals, including potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 & B6.
Coconut blossom sugar is never refined or bleached, so all its nutrients are intact – and that’s rare for sweeteners, most of which are highly refined. Even stevia is highly refined
