Description: Bragg Liquid Aminos is a non-GMO Project Verified liquid protein concentrate, derived from soybeans. It contains the following naturally-occuring Essential and Non-essential Amino Acids: 16 Amino Acids Alanine Arginine Aspartic Acid Glutamic Acid Glycine Histidine Isoleucine Leucine Lysine Methionine Phenylalanine Proline Serine Threonine Tyrosine Valine Great on Salads, Veggies, Rice & Beans, Tofu, Tempeh, Potatoes, Meat, Poultry, Fish and Popcorn and in Dressings, Gravies & Sauces, Casseroles, Stir-fries and Macrobiotics.
How to use: Bragg Liquid Aminos contains 320mg of sodium per teaspoon serving. If less sodium is desired, use the 6oz.Bragg Liquid Aminos spray bottle and dilute it (2/3 Bragg Liquid Aminos to 1/3 distilled water) before using or spraying on food.
Ingredients: Bragg Liquid Aminos is not fermented, is Gluten-Free and made from non-GMO soybeans and purified water. It is an excellent alternative for Tamari and Soy Sauce.
